All the meat produced by FORMA undergoes the strict checks defined by the HACCP manual and are completely traceable thanks to a sophisticated system of company traceability.
FORMA produces a wide range of meat portions including veal, adult beef, pork and lamb. The main targeted market is mass distribution.
To work the meat, the company has 5 automated packaging lines with modified atmosphere and in stretch technology. All the packaging lines are equipped with an automated control system to identify the potential presence of metals (Metal detector) and an automated system for weight/pricing.
